Summer'12 – Style Up With Sheer Skirts♥

Now a days Sheer skirts are working their way up the runway trends this season. Though the sheer & layered maxi skirt trend (worn over a shorter opaque skirt/shorts) was showcased as a part of Spring 2011, it’s gaining ground now with the likes of Katy Perry and Olivia Palermo who have taken it mainstream. Style bloggers are also experimenting with this trend .

Check this Spring 2012 runways of Marc Jacobs and Vera Wang for an update, where the overlay of sheer maxi skirt has been replaced by knee length and sporty fabric versions.
